1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to eeasy (eeasy.sa), your smart logistics partner. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a merchant ("User") and eeasy Platform. By using the platform or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Platform & Services Definition

eeasy is a technology platform that enables e-commerce merchants in Saudi Arabia to:

• Instantly compare real-time shipping rates across multiple carriers.
• Automatically import orders from e-commerce platforms (Salla, Zid, and 15+ platforms).
• Generate bulk shipping labels in seconds.
• Track all shipments from a single centralized dashboard.
• Intelligently select the cheapest and fastest carrier for each order.

The platform operates as a technology intermediary only and does not directly execute shipping operations — this responsibility lies with partner shipping companies.

3. Registration & Account Terms

• Users must be licensed to conduct commercial activity under Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and keep it updated.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or reselling the service is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

4. Partner Shipping Companies

The platform currently integrates with approved carriers including: SMSA, Aramex, iMile, Redbox, J&T, Aymakan, and others. The User's contractual relationship regarding shipping is directly with the selected carrier and subject to that carrier's own policies.

5. E-Commerce Platform Integration

When connecting your store to eeasy via API or direct integration:

• You authorize the platform to import order data for the purpose of generating shipping labels.
• Responsibility for the accuracy of order data (address, weight, product) remains with the User.
• Displayed prices may vary based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

6. Pricing & Billing

• eeasy currently charges no monthly subscription fees and requires no binding contracts.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
• The User acknowledges that any discrepancy between declared weight and actual weight as determined by the shipping company will result in invoice adjustment accordingly.
• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• The platform reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.

7. Prohibited Items

The platform must not be used to ship any of the following:

• Goods illegal under Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Explosive, hazardous, or flammable materials.
• Controlled substances, narcotics, or prohibited drugs.
• Weapons of any kind.
• Counterfeit products or items infringing intellectual property rights.

8. User Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all shipment data entered on the platform.
• Preparing parcels with the weights and dimensions declared in the shipping label.
• Complying with all Saudi regulations and laws applicable to their business activity.
• Informing customers of expected delivery dates and any shipment-related updates.
• Notifying the platform immediately of any security breach affecting their account.

9. Limitation of Liability

As eeasy operates solely as a technology intermediary, it is not responsible for:

• Any delay, loss, or damage to shipments.
• The performance of partner shipping companies or their adherence to delivery schedules.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond the platform's control.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to eeasy, including the logo, designs, source code, and business methods, are exclusively owned by eeasy Platform. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service and may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any element of the platform.
• Reverse-engineer any part of the software.
• Use the eeasy trademark without prior written consent.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

eeasy reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate a User's account in the following cases:

• Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in illegal or non-compliant activities.
• Providing misleading or inaccurate information.
• Failure to settle outstanding amounts.

Users may cancel their account at any time without penalties or obligations.

12. Amendments to Terms

eeasy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with advance notice to users via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute arising from use of the platform, an amicable resolution will be sought first; otherwise, the competent Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction.
